directline-skiing.co.uk (http://www.directline-skiing.co.uk) marketing manager Matt Adams said: "It's not ideal to conduct 'scenario testing' on a website that sells beach holidays for a skiing website but because skiing has a such a long research phase and a short selling season, we couldn't afford to wait to make changes."
